Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, except in situations where a proforma invoice was issued. In those instances, the terms and conditions are stated in the Invoice and is held to be the governing contract. We are unable to accept item once it has been opened or used except in situations were the item was defective and requires warranty processing. 

We'll also pay a reasonable return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customer bears the cost if company made no such error. 

Pleasr make sure you receive AUTHORIZATION from the company before returning. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note, however, that financial charges that are applied to any payments made on the website or through any payment platform are not our responsibility. We assume no risk and neither do we warrant that we will refund any fees or charges as a result of refund, cancellation or rejection. 

By making a purchase, you agree and under oath and in good faith certify that you understand our terms and conditions. In the event, however, of any dispute you agree to arbitration as a first and necessary but not the only step in the dispute resolution. Forum for all litigation will be in the Judicail District of Greater Accra Region of Ghana. 
Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

There are instances where we may have to cancel an order because we will not be able to fulfil the shipping commitment and get the product to you on time. In those instances, we will do our best to communicate with you to reduce any possible inconvenience. 
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
